3/3/11 to April 18, 2011 Draft EIR released: public comments will continue to be accepted prior to and at the continued hearing on April 25, 2011  
March 22, 2011 Planning Commission review and recommendation on Draft EIR  
April 18, 2011 Council review of Draft EIR; to be continued to April 25 special meeting.  
April 25, 2011 City Council hearing DEIR: Continued from April 18  
Dec., 2011 Completion of Final EIR with responses to comments.  
Jan., 2012 Final EIR reviewed at Planning Commission  
Feb/Mar 2012 Final EIR considered at City Council  
May 2012 Project site plan and architectural review at Planning Commission, assuming Council certification of Final EIR

Deer Creek Village is a proposal for approximately 346,000 square feet of new retail, office, health club, garden center, and restaurant uses on a 36.5 acre site located at the currently vacant site at the south-west corner of Rainier Ave. and N. McDowell Blvd. The proposed anchor tenant is a Lowe's home improvement store. The project requires approval of a Site Plan and Architectural Review (SPAR) by the Planning Commission. A Second Tier Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is currently being prepared.
