The Planning Department oversees how land and buildings are used. For businesses, that means that the Planning Department must approve your business location before you can get a Business Certificate and occupy your space. The complexity of this process depends on your business and the location you select. To make it easier, we have planners available during business hours to walk you through the process. Come talk to us in person at 11 English Street, Petaluma, CA 94952 or discuss your business needs with a planner on the phone or by email at 707-778-4470 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
