As the numerous appointed City Commissions and Committees have heard public comment and concluded their review of the Draft General Plan, staff has compiled an exhibit indicating comments and edits in context with the original Draft document for review by the City Council. This document includes only the text and any modified tables. Please refer to the Draft General Plan 2025 (July 2006) for any referenced figures, tables and images not included in this document.
