District Policing Information and Contacts
As part of the Petaluma Policing initiative, police officers are assigned to one of 15 smaller Districts within the city. These are long term assignments designed to improve communication and problem solving within smaller, more manageable areas within the city.
On a daily basis, police officers respond to calls for service in all areas of the city and are not exclusively assigned to patrol their assigned District. Through communication with District residents and business owners, information sharing between officers, and information analysis, District Officers will identify and coordinate problem solving efforts within their Districts.
To identify which Police District you reside or work in, please click the District Map here. Enter you address with the search feature or click in the district where you are and it will identify the district officers, supervisors, and command staff and their contact information.
