All contractors interested in bidding on a project listed below, who wish to download plans and specs for free, must click on the link below listed as Plan Holder's Form and fill out and press the submit button to send to the Public Work's Department. Contractors and subcontractors must provide the Public Works Department with this necessary information to receive addendums, information regarding the project, and to be listed on the mandatory Plan Holder's list. If you are a subcontractor who intends to provide services/costs to a prime contractor, you must also fill out the Plan Holder's form.
