Development Engineering and Inspection Services is responsible for reviewing and approving the following applications:

Frontage Improvement Plans
Lot Line Adjustments
Lot Mergers
Right of Way Abandonments
Outside Sewer and Water

Encroachment permits need to be submitted to the Public Works Department. Development Engineering applications need to be submitted at the Community Development Department.
