Be sure to use valid, current city user credentials - userID and password.
If prompted for domain, use cofp
With Outlook Web access, your offline folders are not accessible; generally, other Outlook features are mirrored within the web access.
With Outlook Web Access, you may be prompted for userID/password, in a "two box" window. If so, be sure to prefix the userID with "cofp\" (don't use the quotes).
