About Us

The Department of Water Resources and Conservation Department pulls together all of the City's water related functions. Initially, these functions include the City's water, wastewater utility, flood control, storm drain and related engineering services. Combining all water related functions allows a more comprehensive and coordinated approach to management of water resources by the City.
